Ordering Process
1. Check if we have availability
You're engaged! We can't wait to hear all about your plans. Before contacting us about ordering your wedding cake, is it important that you first know your date. When you have this, please complete the wedding cake enquiry form. We will then let you know if we have availability.
We will also ask you for some ideas of the type of wedding cake design you are looking for. Don't worry if you aren't 100% sure (that's what our design process is for!) but it's important that we are both on the same page in terms of style.
2. Quote estimate
Once we have determined availability, we would love to get you booked in!
we will need you to give us some more information about your cake, including the number of guests and design style, we can work out approximately how much your cake will cost. This quote is approximate as we will confirm the final price of your cake after it is designed. ​If you are happy with these estimates and would like us to make your cake, it is time for us to get you booked in. We charge a $100 non-refundable booking fee. This fee covers consultation time, design work, and holds the date for your event.
3. Choosing your flavors
There are a few options for tasting our cakes to decide what flavors you would like. You can stop by the bakery and pick out a few cupcakes, order a cake tasting box, or add a tasting to your consultation. Cake tasting boxes are $40 and come with your choice of flavors, these must be ordered 14 days in advance and are available to order on our website or at the bakery in person. Adding a cake tasting to your consultation is $50, it is the best option in my opinion. We will prepare 2 cake plates for you and your fiancé, with your choice of flavors. We will also include a third plate with a few items from our catering menu for you to taste.
4. Designing your wedding cake
The next step in ordering your wedding cake is to meet with us for a consultation, this is where we will discuss your cake in detail. This will be our chance to get to know one another a bit better, allowing us to get a real sense of you as a couple and the kind of cake you would like for your big day.​ After our meeting, we will pull all our ideas together to create your custom wedding cake design. The design will be available within 2 weeks of our consultation, but is often ready sooner. After this point we will make any changes that you would like and then we will confirm the final design and final price.
5. Final steps
Once your design has been finalized, we require a 50% down payment, the remaining 50% will be due 30 days before the event.
For delivery orders, we will contact your venue to arrange delivery and will set up your cake about an hour before your reception. We will provide your venue with clear instructions for how to cut the cake.
For pick-up orders, we will schedule a time for you to pick up your cake at the bakery, and have your cake boxed up nicely and ready for travel.
Pricing Guide
Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life and just like you we want to make it amazing. This is reflected in the high level of service we provide.
We take on a limited number of wedding cake orders to ensure that everyone receives the highest level of care. Our premium service and high level of decorating skills are reflected in the wedding cake pricing.
Below you will find starting prices for the most common wedding cake sizes. Please note that decorations are priced in addition. We will be able to provide you with a more accurate quote when we have a better idea of the design you have in mind. The final price will be confirmed after the design process is complete.
Custom Wedding and Event Cake Pricing
2 tiers (50 servings) starting at - $415
3 tiers (74 servings) - starting at $585
4 tiers (130 servings) - starting at $1005

Please note that these are starting prices only and do not include decorations.
There is a minimum $500 spend on custom wedding cakes.
Most of our couples spend between $700-$1200 on their custom wedding cake, please keep this in mind when deciding on your budget.
Delivery Pricing
​Delivery pricing depends on the location of the venue and time needed for set up at the venue.
Delivery within 10 miles of the bakery with a simple set-up is $100
Delivery within 10 miles of the bakery with a dessert table set-up is $150
Delivery within 10 miles of the bakery for a cake that has to be assembled on site is $150
Each additional mile is $5
